We aim to process all enquiries and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is intended for use by UK adult consumers only and for delivery within the UK.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

Standard Delivery - 3-5 Working days
- • Monday – Friday delivery, 7am – 7pm ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays)
- • Any address in the UK excluding BFPO, PO BOX
- • Safe place delivery – if you're not home, your parcel will be left in a secure location, with a neighbour or a card left for you to re-arrange delivery. You can specify your own instructions for the courier when ordering
Next Day Delivery - Next working day when placed before 2pm
- • Monday – Friday delivery, 7am – 7pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays)
- • Signature required
- • If you're not home, they will try with a neighbour or leave you a card to re-arrange delivery or details of collection
We make every effort to ensure that your Home Delivery order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you're happy with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product we will collect the item and refund you in full. In some cases we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.
We offer all customers a 7 working days returns policy. Customers may return item (s) at their now cost for a refund.
