- Shock-resistant bi-metal teeth efficiently cut a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- Available in standard .020″ (.50mm) and .025″ (.60mm)
- For longest blade life, the maximum recommended blade speed is 285 FPM
- Faster cutting
- Leaves a clean finish for welding
Blade Selection
For non-ferrous and carbon steel:
- 8/11 – 1/2″ and thicker
- 12/16 – 3/8″-1/2″
- 14/18 – 1/4″-3/8″
- 18W – 3/16″ and thinner
For stainless and hard to cut:
- 8/11 – 1/4″ and thicker
- 12/16 – 1/4″ and thinner
When selecting thickness for solids, use material diameter or thickness. When selecting thickness for structural materials, use wall thickness.
